This recipe doesn’t use flour, and it’s rich in protein, fiber, and B vitamins, plus it doesn’t cost a fortune.
- 4 eggs
- 90 g walnuts
- 90 g flaxseeds
- 100 ml water
- 90 g sunflower seeds
- 90 g sesame seeds
- 90 g pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Whisk the egg and add in a pinch of salt. Add in the baking water and 100 ml of water.
Grind the seeds into a fine “flour.” Combine everything together. Bake your bread for 50 minutes at 180°C.
