An 8-year-old boy lifts a car that fell and pinned down his dad, miraculously saving his life. He said ‘angels’ helped him.
J.T. Parker was helping his dad and brother in repairing the family car when the Toyota Prius slipped from the jack and crush his dad Stephen.
Stephen was pinned down by the car and J.T. was the only one there to help him after his eldest son Madison left the place after being cut.
J.T. tried to work on the jack to lift the car up, but the jack wouldn’t push up. However, the boy refused to give up and began jumping on the jack handle for 15 minutes.
Then a miracle happened, the 3,000-pound car slowly began to lift off, saving his dad who by that time had already passed out.
Rescuers arrived and airlifted Stephen to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a few broken ribs but, fortunately, no internal damage. Stephen was discharged after two days.
Baffled by what the kid did, they asked J.T. to lift the car again but could not repeat what he did.
When asked how he was able to lift the car, he has a one-word reply – “Angels”.
J.T. was honored as one of the Red Cross’s East Idaho Real Heroes.
According to Jodi, J.T.’s mother, “This whole thing is a miracle. There’s no other way to describe it. There’s no way that little boy could have done that. I just felt that it was a responsibility we now have to tell people that miracles still exist”.
Perhaps miracles do really happen in different forms. What do you think?
